The Software System is a digital program that delivers immediate access to training, templates, and community resources. Because access is delivered instantly, all sales are final.
All purchases are non-refundable. Once access is granted, we cannot offer returns, cancellations, or chargeback reversals.
Filing a chargeback after receiving access violates this policy and may result in immediate suspension of access and future eligibility. We reserve the right to provide usage logs and access records to payment processors in the event of a dispute.
Refunds are only considered in cases of duplicate billing or verified technical errors that prevent access. Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction.
